DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
most orders will ship out within 48 hours of purchase. (we do not ship weekends nor holidays.) your order will be shipped USPS priority mail.
once your order has shipped, packages are generally received within 5 business days.

there is an additional shipping charge of $5.00 for ALL orders shipped to alaska, hawaii, puerto rico, guam and the virgin islands. orders to these destinations cannot be expedited. orders to APO addresses will also ship USPS priority mail and cannot be expedited, but will not incure additional shipping charges.

we offer international shipment to most countries. any additional country taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. some items ARE NOT available for export. we DO NOT ship to nigeria and reserve the right to cancel any international order due to location.

please note that while most international orders will ship within the same amount of time as domestic orders, they are subject to review and delays by customs upon arrival to their country, which is out of our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
we are not responsible for packages once they left our warehouse. we provide shipping confirmation on all orders domestic and international. to check the status of an order please fill out the customer service form and we will look into your order history. if your order status is marked shipped or delivered and you have not received it, we suggest you check with your local post or customs department.

RETURNS:
we will gladly accept a return within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. items MUST be in the original condition in which they were sent and tags must be intact. we DO NOT offer cash/money back refunds, so please do not ask. if you are unhappy with the way an item fits or have any other issue with your purchase, please fill out our customer service contact form and request a return. please state why you would like a return and what the issue with your purchase is. after we receive your returned items we will send you a store credit for the amount of purchase, less shipping & handling. bleubird will keep a record of your store credit on file and it will never expire.
